RESOLUTION NO. 2777
RESOLITTT~u AUZ1-IORIZING EXECUTION OP ADDENAUM' TO
AGREEMENT t~OR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR STORM SEWERS
BE IT RESOLVER by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield,
Hennepin County,, Minnesota, as follows;
1. A proposed addendum~to an agreement for engineering services
for storm sewers is hereby given Clerk's File No. 6888 and or-
dered to be placed on file.
2. It is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient to the
public welfare for the Village of Richf field to enter into said agreement
said agreement is therefore approved and the village mayor, manager and
clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for
and on behalf of the village.
3. Ali sums payable pursuant to the provisions of sand agreement
shall be paid out of the respective construction funds of the storm
sewers for which plans and specifications are prepared by the engineers.
Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield this 9th
day of July, 1862.
