RESOLUTION No. 2776
RESOLUTION CREATING A POSITION CLASSIFICATION AND AUTHORIZING
TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR MUNICIPAL COURT.
HE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Rieh~ield~
Hennepin County, Minnesotaa as follows:
1. There is hereby created a position classification for the Municipal
Court to be Io~own as +rMunicipal Court Clerk~~. Such position shall be a full
time position and the initial salary for such position shaL1 be $?,~.1.~.00 per
month.
2. There is hereby appropriated and transferred from the Contingency
Appropriation to the Municipal Court Appropriation the sum of $2~l~00.00 to
the salary account of the Municipal Court.
