RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON JULY 23 1962 ON PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT POR 1961, ANNUAL STREET IMPROVEMENT AND OILING
PROGRAM, VILLAGE PROD. #414
T~VfiEREpIS, by Resolution No. 2764 passed by the council on the 25th day
of June, 1962, the village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed
assessment of the cost of the 1961 A.nnual.5treet Improvement and Oiling
Program, Village Project No, 414, and
1M~REAS, the village clerk has notified the council. that such proposed
assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspec-
tion.
NOW TIiERBFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield, Minnesota as follows:.
1. A public hearing shall.be held on the 23rd day of July, 1962,
in the council chambers of the Richfield Village Hal]! at 7:15 o*clock to
pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons
owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity
to be heard with reference to such improvement.
2. The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice in the official
newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall. state in
the notice the total cost of the improvement to be assessed will be
$116,223.93,

of June, 1962.
