PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASgE55~JBNT FOR VILLAGE PROJECT
NO. 414
TNHBREAS, the Village Council has heretofore ordered work done by day
labor for the improvement of alr streets and alleys in the Village of
Richfield known as Village Project No. 414, 1961 Annual Street Improve®
went and Oiling Program, and
VnHEREAS, the net cost of construction of Village Project No. 414 has
been determined to be $118,533.73, and of this cost the Village of
Richfield will pay $38,780,70 as its share of the cost including its
share as a property owner, and

TiVHERFAS, it has been determined that there is a total of 830,170.9 as-
sessable fromt feet against which the foregoing cosh shall be as~ess°~ed.
NODtP THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield as follows:
1. That the cost of Village Project No. 414 to be specially as~s~ed
is hereby declared to be $116,223.93.
2. That the assessable front feet against which such costs shall. be
as~esssed is hereby declared to be 830,170.9,
3. That the rate per assessable front foot is hereby declared to
be fourteen cents C0.14).
4, That the village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount
to be specially as~es~ed for Village Project No. 414 against each lot,
--- -- --piece -and-parcel of--land- within the Village of Richfield affected, with-
out regard of cash valuation, as provided by law.
5. The village clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed as~es~-
ment, file a copy thereof in his office for public inspection, and shall
notify the village council.
