RESOLUTION No. 2763
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT FOR PLANNING
SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Vi1l.age of Richfield, Minnesota,
as follvws~
1. A proposed agreement entitled, nAgreement for Planning Services between
the V311.age and Nason, Law, Wehrman & Knight, Inc., providing for the rendering of
certain planning services for the Village on a per diem basis, is hereby given
C1erk~s File No. 68b4 and ordered to be placed on file.
2. It is hereby determined to be necessary and. expedient to the public health,
safety conven3.ence, prosperity and general welfare to enter into such agreement.
3. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and d3.rected to execute such

agreement for and on behalf of the Village.
AL1 sums payable pursuant to the provisions of such agreement shall be paid out
of the Long Range Planning Commission Account of the General Furl .
