RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTTnN OF PURCHASE AGREEMENTS
FOR PURCHASE OF PROPERTY AT 64th STREET BETWEEN PENN
AVENUE AND OLTVER AVENUE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the V3.17.age of Richfielde MinnesotaS
as follows:
1. A proposed agreement dated June 14,.1962, for the purchase of the North
150 feet of the West 166 feet of the West 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest
1/4 of Section 28, Tovmship 28, Range 24' for. the sum of ~20~000,, is hereby given
Clerks File No. 6863 and ordered to be placed on file.
2. A proposed agreement dated June 14s 1962, for the purchase of the North

150 feet of the West 1/4 of the Southwest 1~4 of the Northwest l/4 of Section 28~,
Township 28, Range 24~ except the West 166 feet thereof9 for the sum of $9900®.00
is hereby given Clerks File No. 6863 and ordered to be placed on file.
3. It is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient to the public health9
safety' convenience9 prosperity and general welfare to acquire for the ro3.llage water
system' and for other municipal purposes' the properties described in such proposed
agreements9 it is further determined that the purchase price prova.ded in such agree-
ments for the purchase of such properties is a fair and reasonable price.
4. Such agreements are hereby approved and the Mayor and Manager are hereby
authorized and directed to execute such agreements for and on behalf of the village.
The village administrative staff is authorized and directed to take such other acid
further steps as may be necessary to give effect to the provisions of such agreements
5. Any sums payable.. as purchase price or as a payoff of unpaid special assess-

manta, shall'be paid out of the Village Project 460 Construction Fund..
