BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Ri.chfields Hennepin County' Minnesotan as follows, to-wits 1. The prop®secl purchase agreement providing for the purchase of certain properties in the area of Legion Lake from'C. H. Christian Inc,, for the sum of ~3oeo©o.oo is hereby given Clerkts File No. 6847 and ordered placed on file. 2s It is~hereby determined to be necessary and expedient to-the public healthe safety, convenience, prosperity and general welfare. to acquire for park and other municipal purposes the tracts of land described in said agreement. 3. It is hereby determined that the price specified in said agreement to be pa3.d by the Village for the purchase of the land-described in said agreement is a reasonable price, and the Village Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the v1.11age. la.. The purchase price for the purchase of such land sha11 be paid out of the Public Reserve Fund. ~. The mayor, managers fti.nance officer, and attorney are authorized and directed to take such other further action as may be necessary to give effect to the prosr.~sions of said agreement.
