RESOLUTION N0. 2749
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXTENSION OF SiIBURBAN HFNNEPTN
COUNTY RELIEF BOARD CONTRACT
WHEREAS, This council, on March 8, 1954, entered into an agreement
between this village and the Suburban Hennepin Caunty Relief Board
of the County of Hennepin for the administration and supervision of
poor relief in this village, which agreement was' given clerk's file
Noo C-1339 and the execution of which agreement was authorized by
Resolution #302 of this council,
WHEREAS, it is desired to continue the terms of contract in full
force until such time as the same may be cancelled by either party
thereto as provided in-said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED, that all of the terms, conditions
and provisions of the aforementioned contract are hereby continued
in full force and effect so as to be binding upon both parties thereto
the same as though the contract was on this date signed and made anew
and said contract shall remain in full force and effect until such time
as the same may be hereafter cancelled by either party under the terms
and conditions provided for in said contract.
