RESOLUTION ANIBNDING RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AN OFF-SE~,LE
LIQUOR STORE IN THB VILLAGE. OF RICHFIELD AND PROVIDING
CERTAIN REGULATIONS THEREFOR, PASSED JANUARY 309 1943
BE I'T HSREBY RESOLVED by the council of the Village of Richf iel~. that
Section 4 of the resolution establishing an off-sale liquor store in
the 'Yi:llage of Richfield and providing certain regulations therefor,
passed January 30, 1943, be amended to read as follows:
Sic. 4. CONDITIONS OF OPERATION AND RESTRICTIONS ON
CONSUMPTION--No other business than the sale
of liquors and related products shall be
carried on by any person employed therein during.
the time so employed.
