RBSOLUTION N0. 2706
RE~LUTION AU~IORIZING ASSESSMENT OF OMITTED PROPBRTIES
ON SANITARY SEWER LATERAL #230
WHEREAS, it is hereby determined that the following parcels are in the
area which was assessed for benefit received from construction of Sanitary
Sewer Lateral, Village Project #230, and
WHEREAS, each said parcel is described by plat and parcel as follows:
Plat 44833, Parcel 7205 tsubsequently divided)
Plat 44833, Parcel 8300
Plat 46134, Parcel 7810 and
WHEREAS, these parcels had inadvertently been omitted from being specially
assessed for Sanitary Sewer Lateral, Village Project #230, and
WHEREAS, it is hereby determined that such parcels have and are being
benefitted by Sanitary Sewer Lateral, Village Project #230, and
WHEREAS, it is hereby determined that the above parcels are to be assessed
in amounts equal to the benefits received by other parcels in Sanitary Sewer
Lateral, Village Project #230 for the remaining period of twelve years, and
WHBREA5, the first installment shall be due and payable in the year 1963,
to be collected with other taxes and special assessmentsg
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the village council of the Village of
Richfield, Minnesotan
1. That the total assessment be in the amount of $82S.00a
2. That the village cleric is hereby directed to prepare an assessor
went roll showing the amount assessed against each parcel of land
above which should have been, and is hereby assessed.
3. That said assessment roll shall be certified to the County Auditor
so that such assessments can be collected in the same manner as
other special assessments.
Passed by the village council of the Village of Richf field this 9th day of
April, 1962.
