RESOLUTION NOa 2699
ABSOLUTION DETERMINING AMOUNTS THAT HAVE BBBN ASSESSED
AGAINST CERTAIN PARCHES OF TAX FORFEITED LANDS RECUNi/EYED
TO THB STATE OP MTNNBSOT~S
WHEREAS, Resolution #2671 dated February 13, 1962, authorized reconveyance
of the following tax forfeited lands to the State of Minnesota, and
WHBREAB, assessments for storm sewer, trunk sewer and street grading
would have been made against said parcels for benefits received by such
improvements if these parcels had not been tax forfeited lands, and
therefore not subject to assessments and
WHEREAS, it is hereby determined-that said properties are benefited from
said improvements,
NOW THEREFORE, Be it Resolved as foilowse
- 1. That the above properties have received benefits in an

each said parcel,

2. That the village clerk is hereby directed to make an ab-
stract showing the description of each parcel of land
forfeited to the state for nonpayment of takes at the
time of the determination of the amounts to be assessed,
and showing the amounts and improvements-that would have
been assessed against each such parcel of land if it had
been subject to assessments.
3. Such abstract shall be certif led to the Auditor of iTenne®
pin County for presentation to the Board of Hennepin County
Commissioners of Hennepin County,
Passed by the village council of the Village of Richfield this 26th day of
Marche 1962. .
