RESOLUTION AUZIiORIZING CLOSING APPROPRIATION BALt~TCES
OF THB 1961 BUDGET TO UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS
T~4HEREAS, there are balances remaining in certain appropriations of the 1961
budget, and
'WHEREAS:, expenditures have exceeded certain appropriations of the 1961 bud0
get, and
D~REAS", actual revenues have exceeded estimated revenues in all funds,
NOIG'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield as follows:
1. That the following unappropriated balances of the 1961 budget
be closed to surplus:

5, That the amounts of actual revenue in excess of estimated revenues
be closed to surplus as follows:

6. That additional balances be appropriated to the Poor Fund
from excess revenues over estimates and from additional tax
levy made in 1962 budget.
7. That the manager and director of finance be authorized and
directed to do all things necessary to bring into effect the
provisions of this resolution as of December 31, 1961..
