RESOLUTION CLOSING VILLAGE PROJBCT N0. 368 CONSTRUCTION
FUND AND TRANSFERRTI~G UNEXPBIVDED BALAI~B 1D Pt?T3LIC IM-
PROVEMENT REVOLVING PUND
~ REAS, Resolution No, 1352 dated June 10, 1957 closed a fund known as
Sanitary Sewer Improvement #1, and
TA~f-DBREAS, Unexpended assets in this fund were transferred to Village Pro-
ject No. 368 Construction Fund, and
~!FtEREAS, There remains an unexpended balance of $541.20, and
~VHBREAS, All costs. of the improvements under Village Project No. 368
Construction Fund have been satisfied,
NON TfiEREFORE, ~ IT RESOLVED by the council of the Village of Richfield
as follows:
1. That the unexpended balance of $541.20 be transferred
~ to the permanent improvement revolving fund,
j 2. That such amount be appropriated in the P.I.R. fund to the
fund balance,

3. That Village Project No. 368 cons tructio n fund is hereby
closed.
4.. That the manager and director of finance be and hereby are
' authorized and directed to do all things necessary tv bring
into effect the provisions of this resolution,
