IN VARIOUS CONSTRUCTION FUNDS ZO COVBR OVER®EXPENDED BAI.v
ANCES IN VARIOUS CONSTRUCTION FUNDS, AND CLOSING VARIOUS
CONSTRUCTION FUNDS
WHEREAS, There are unobligated balances cons is ting of cash, $4,672089,
in the following construction funds,

WHEREAS, There are over-expended balances in Village Project No. 395 - $589.12
and V.P. No. 423 - $60.66 Construction Funds, and
WUBREAS, Ali other costs of the improvements under the various projects have
been satisfied,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the council of the Village of Richfield,
1. That pursuant to au thorny contained in Minnesota Statutes,
Chapter 429.091, Subd. 4, sufficient unobligated assets in
the above funds shall be transferred to cover over-expended
amounts in the above fundso
2. That the resulting unobligated assets in the amount of
$4023.11 be transferred to Village project No. 439 Construc-
tion Fund,
3. That all construction funds listed above are hereby closed
except Village Project No. 439, and such funds shall no
longer exist on the current accounting records,
4. That the manager and director of f inan.ce be and hereby are
authorized and directed to do all things necessary to bring
into effect the provisions of this resolutiono
