RESOLUTION N0. 2681
RESOLUTION AUIHORIZII~ APPLICATIONS FOR
~NVEYANCE OP TAJC FORFEITED LANDS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the village council of the Village of Richf field,
Hennepin County, Minnesota as follows:
i. It is her eby determined that the following de-
scribed tract of land is needed for park purposes,
to-gait
5. 8 f t. of N. 216 f t. of 'W. 165 f t. of E. 1/2
of NE 1/4 of SW 1/4 of Section 28, Township 28,
Range 24.
2. It is hereby determined that the following tract
of land is needed for street right-of-~aaq purposes,
to~ait
Tract C, except the North 33' f t. thereof , Regis-
tered Land Survey No. 9~, Piles of Registrar of
Titles, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota.
3. The mayor and manager are hereby authorized and directed
' to make application to the County of Hennepin and State
of Minnesota for the conveyance of such properties to the village,
pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Section 282.01,
for the purposes hereinbefore mentioned.
Passed by the village council of the Village of Richfield this 13th
day of February, 1962.
