PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT

of 62hd Street nn the west side of Treu~ Highway Noe 39!.d~ adjacent to said highway
right-of-ways. and
WT~REAS~ -the State of Minnesota will acquire said tract of land at some futux°e
date in connection with the cor_struction of an interchange at the intersection of
62nd Street and said'Trunk Highway No, 3919 and
~EREA.S'y the County of Hennepin desires to plaoe fill e?irt on said tract 3n
P.dvance of the acq~zis3.tion of said tract by the Stets of Minnesota9 and
WHEREASy the State of Minnesota has, therefore9 requested a temporax°ypermit
to construct on said tract so as to permit such fi°Iling by the County of Hennepixa;~
and
