RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RECONVEXANCE OF TAX FORFEITED
LANDS
WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota has cpnvoyod the following tax forfeited lands
to the Village of Richfield, to-wl.t:
L®t~ 14, 19, 20 and 21, Block 1, Ti~.a3.e
Bros. icol.xi Hills
and
TrIHEREAS, such prQA~~t~ was conveyed to the v3.llage for certain specified public
purposes, and
'G~EREAS, it has now been determined that the Village of Richfield ~~ ~;ot have

arty further need for said lots for the public purposes specifi~a~ ~.n a Aor~veyaxices
of such lots to the vi].l.age, and
t~1HEREAS~, the village has held said lots as trustee under Minnesota Statutesr
Section 28125 for the specific purposes which were spt forth in the conveyances of
said lots to the village;
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the V311age Council of the Village of Richfield,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, as follower
1. The village mayor and manager are hereby authorized and directed to reconvey
said lots, above described, to the State of Minnesota,
2. This resolution shall not be deemed to be a determination that said lots
will never be needed by~the Village of Richfield, at any f~iture date, for any public
purpose.
Rassed by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield this 13th day of
February, 1962. .
