provision has been made for ~. public health nursing district in that
portion of Hennepin County outride the City of Minneapolis, and
TNHEREAS, pursuant to such. authority such ~. public health nursing
district has been orgs.ni~ed and has been in operation for several
y~arr, end
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to continue the operation of such
Hurting district and to provide it with adequate funds for its proper
®peration,
NOW", THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED by the village council of the Village
of Richfield that this political subdiv~.~ion continue to be included in
the public health nursing district of torsi Hennepin County, organized
on January 4,. 19526 that it partidip~.te in the benefits thereof a and
that it agrees to support on ~.n apportionan~nt basis its pro rata share
of the cost of the administration of such district provided, however,
that for the perm January 1, 1962 through December 31, 1962, this
cost shall ~uot e~cceed $.25 per capita on the basis. of the officiafi 196®
