RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER FROM CONTINGENCY
APPROPR~.4TION TO PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, Pursuant to M.S. 179.57, an adjustment panel was created to ad>
just a dispute betweea the Village of Richf field and the employees of the
public woks department represented by International Union of Operating
Engineers, Local 49, and
T~RPAS, Such adjustment panel has met and suggested certain adjustments
and increases in the wage scale adopted by the viila.ge council resolution
#2606 dated October 9, 1961, and
AREAS, Such-adjusted increases: are hereby ordered for salaries in 1962
as follows:
Street Foreman (1) $10.,00 per month
Sewer Foreman (1) - 10,00 per month
Maintenance Mechanic (2) 5.00 per month
Maintenance Equip. Operator (7) 5.00 per month
Public Works Maintenance Man (6) 5.00 per month
Sewer Maintenance Man (3) 5.00 per month
Civil Engineer !1) 4.00 per month
Bngineering Aid TV (1) 4.00 per month

NQW THBREFORB, BB IT RESOLVED, by the village council of the Village of
Richf fie id,
1. An amount of $1116.00 will be added to the 1962 budget for salaries
in the Public Works Department.
2. That an amount of $96.00 will be added to the budget appropriation
for salaries in the engineer division.
3~ That an amount of $1020':00 will be added to the budget appropriation
for salaries in the street~'division.
4. The manager and director of finance are hereby authorized and directed
to transfer the amounts from contingency appropriation account to the
street and engineering division.
