1961-2647r~~ RESOLUTION NO, 2647 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THB DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN PUBLIC RECORDS VI{HEREAB, M.S.Ae 412.841 authorizes the destruction of certain village records more than ten years old., and WHERBAS, The village clerk is required to keep the following records (1) A minute book noting therein all proceedings of the council (2) An ordinance book in which he.shali record at length all ordinances passed by the council. (3) A finance book in which he shall enter all the money transac® tions of the village, including the dates and amounts of ail receipts and the person from whom the money was received, and of all orders drawn upon the treasurer with their payees and ob,ects.
