RESOLUTION FOR BXBCUTION OF AGRBBMENT U~tI TH NORTHERN

BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Viila,ge of Richfield as
f o ilows~s
1. A proposed agreement wi th the Northern States Power Co. entitled
"Municipal Water Pumping Contract" is hereby given Clerk's File No,
and ordered to be placed on file,
2. It is hereby determined that such contract to furnish electrica]:
energy for the operation of municipal water pumping and associated
equipment at the village's pumping stations is a fair and reasonable
agreement and such agreement is hereby approved® The village mayor and
manager are hereby au thorized and directed to execute such agreement on
behalf of the Viila.ge of Richfield.
3. A11 sums payable pursuant to the provisions of such agreement shall
be paid out of appropriate utility operating funds.
Passed by the village council of the Village of Richfield this 11th
day of December, 1961.
