RESOLUTION AUZIYORI ZI NG TRANSFER p ROM CONTINGENCY
ACCOUNTS TO CLERK-T1tEASURER ACCOUNT
I~FIEREAS, an appropriation in the Clerk-Treasurer account of $3500.00 was
made for the annuar audit in the 1961 budget, and
F~JI-IIsREAS, the portion of such audit to b e charged to the general fund is
$3896.00,
N0~ THEREFORE, BB IT RESOLVED, By the council of the Village of Richfield,
as follows: '
1. That an amount of $400 be transferred from the contingency ap-
propriation account to the other current expenses of .the cierk-
treasurer account.
2. That the manager and director of finance bring into effect the
provisions of this resolution.
Passed by the village council of the Village of Richfield this 23rd day
of October, 1961.
