RESOLUTION PitOVIDING .PiD VALOREM TAX LEVY FOR THE
IMPROVED'IENT BONBS OF 1960

h~RFAS, Resolution Nop 2321 provided for the issuance and sale of
X620,000 general obligation improvement bonds, and
IN[-~REAS, said bonds were issued in anticipation of the collection of
ad valorem tax levies and special assessments, and
~'J~IERFAS, improvements named therein, Village Projects Nos. 387, 387A,
3878, 400, 40?, 390, 391, 392, 395, 396 and 397, are being assessed
against benefited properties in 1961, and
VJIiEREAS, portions of said project costs are borne by the Village of
Richfield, as village share,
NOi~t THER.F.F:~RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the council of the Village of Richfield
as fo ilowst
1, For the purpose of providing money necessary to pay the
viliage*s share of principal and intet'est on bonds issued to finance
above listed village projects, there is hereby levied a general ad
valorem tax against all taxable property in the village collectible
with other taxes, for the years and in the amounts as follows:

2. 7.laat a copy of this resolution shall be sent to the Hennepin
