1961-2600r~~ RESOLUTION N0. 2600 1 1® That the Village Clerk hash with the assistance of the Village Engineers calculated the proper amounts to b® assessed for the sidewalk constructions Village Pro3ect No® 3878 and l~00 against every assessable lots pieces or parcel of land specially benefited thereby in accordance with the provisions of laws and the proposed assessment so made up was filed- with the Village clerk for more than 15 days prior to the assessment hearing and was open to pTablic inspection at all times during said p®riodo 2. That notice has been duly published and a public hearing heretoforo duly held as required by law so that this council could meet and pass upon the proposed assessments 3m That an opportunity has been given to all interested persons to present their ob- ~®ctionss if anyn to such proposed assessm®nt or to any item thereof at said public hearing. 1 6. Said assessm®nt is hereby affirmeds adopteds confirmed and shall be certified by th® Village clerk and filed in his offices and shall thereupon be and constitute the special assessment for said sidewalk constructions Village Prod®ct No. 387B and ~.OOo 7® The ass®ssment with accruing interests shall be a lien upon the property included there inn concurrent with general taxes and shall be payable in equal annual install- ments extending over a period of 5 years® The first installment sha11 be payable on the first Monday in January of 19b2. All assossm®nts sha11 b®ar inter®st at the rate of 6~ per ~nnump To ,the first installment shall be added interest on the entire assessment from the date of this resolution until December 31n 1962® To sash subs®~ qu®nt installment shall b® added interost for one y€sar on all unpaid installments. RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT OF VILLAGE PROJECT NOa 3878 & loo BE IT RESOLVED BY T~iE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF CIE VILLAGE of RICHFIELDs Hennepin County, Minnesotan as followse ~.® That the Village council has heretofore duly established Villags Project No, 387B and ~iOO and after carefully considering all the facts the benefits to each lots piece or parcel of land. and fully advising itself in the premisesn has found and determined and hereby declares that sash and every lots pieces or parcel of land included in said pro posed assessment roll was improved by reason of the construction of said Village Pro3ect No. 387B and ~.OG and has been and is specially benefited in the amount set out in said proposed assessment roll apposite each such lots pie ce or parcel of land. 5. The proposed total assessment in the amount of ~18s9l~O®21~ is hereby affirmedn adopted,and cor.£irmed and the sums fixed and named in said proposed assessment are af~ firmed, adopted and confirmed as the proper special assossment for ®ach of said lots pieces or parcels of land respeetivelys and said amount so set out is hereby levied against oath of the respective lots, piesess or parcels of land th®rein describ®d.
