RESOLUTION ADOPTING AS5ESSMENT ON VILLAGE PROJECT NO® 387 & 387A
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfields Hennepin Countys

1, That the Village Clerk has9 with the assistance of the Village Engineer9 calculated
the proper amounts to be assessed for the construction of pavements curb and gutters
Village Project Noo 387 ~c 387A8 against ®v®ry assessable lots piece, or parcel of land specials
ly ben®filed thereby in accordance with the provisions of laws and the proposed assess®
went so made up was filed with the Village clerk for more than 1~ days prior to the
assessment hearing and was open to public inspection at all times during said period®
2® That notice has been duly published and a public hearing heretofore duly held as
required by law so that this council could meet and ~ ss upon the proposed assessmento
3® That an opportunity has been given to all interested persons to present their
objectionss if ant's to such proposed assessment or to any item thereof at said public
hear3.ng.

~e TYiat the Village council has heretofore duly established Villa ge Project No. 387 &
387A., and after carefully considering all the factss the benefits to each lots piece or
parcel of land and fu11y advising itself in the premises has found and determined and
hereby declares that each and every lots pieces or parcel of land included in said prom
posed assessment ro11 was improved by reason of the construction of said Village Pro®
ject Nos 387 & 387A and has been and is specially benefited in th® amount set out in
said proposed__assessment roll opposite each such lots piece or parcel of lands
5o The proposed total assessment in the amount o~ $13883t~o83 is hereby affirmeds adopteds
and confirmed and the sums fixed and named in said proposed assessment are affirmeds
adopted and confirmed as the proper special assessment for each of said lots pi®cess or
parcels of land respectivelys and said amount so set out is hereby levied against each
of the respective lots, pie case or parcels of land therein describeda
$~ Said assessment is hereby affirmeds adopteds confirmed and shall be certified by
the Village clerk and filed in his offices and shall thereupon be and constitute the
special assessment for said pavements curb & gutter constructions Village Project No,

7, The assessment with accruing interest, sha11 be a lien upon the property included
ther~ins concurrent with general taxes and shall be payable in equal annual install
manta extending over a period of 10 years, The first installment shall be payable on
the first Monday in January of 19620 All assessments sha11 bear interest at the rate
of 6 ~ per annum® To the first installment sha11 be added interest on the entire
assessment from the date of this resolution until December 31s 19620 To ®ach subse-.
quent installment shall be added interest for one year on all unpaid installm®nts,
All assessor®nts and inter®st ther®on shall be collect®d and paid~ov®r in the sam®
mane®r as other municipal taxeso
