RESOLUTION NO. 2589
RBS4LUTION AU~'lORIZII~ TRAN,SFBR AND APPROPRIA7~ FROM
THE CONTII~BNCY ACCOUNT TO MUNICIPAL COURT
WHEREAS, ten 3ury trials are estimated for the last quarter of 1961, and
WHEREAS, this is in excess of the estimates in the 1961 budget,
NdW THEREFORE, BB IT RESOLVED BY THB COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD
as follows:
le That an amount be appropriated to the municipal court from the con-

tingency account of the General Pund.
2, That $805.00 be appropriated for employee services and $510,00 for
other current expenses.
3. That the manager and the director of finance be directed and author-
ized to bring into effect the provisions of this resolution.
Passed by the council of the Village of Richfield this 25th day of
September, 1961.
