RESOLUTION NO. 2588
RESOLUTION WANING INTERBST AND PENALTIES FOR
SPECIAL ASSEcSM6NTS ON CHURCH PROPERLY
WHEREAS, From time to time the Village of Richfield has levied
special assessments hereinafter described against properties belonging to
the Church of Peace Evangelical United Brethern by reason of public imm
provements, and
WHBREA&, Through inadvertance such special assessments had not been
paid by the church for 1958 and are due the Village of Richfield, and
WHEREAS, Interest and penalties have since been added to such unpaid
assessments,
NOW, ~3EREF0RB, BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the Village
of Richfield as follows
1, That the special assessments on the property as described below
wi.il be paid to the Viila.ge of Rixhfieldo
