RESOLUTION ORDERII~ IMPROyEMBNr AND PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FQR WATER MAIN IA TBRAL

NHBRFA~; the Village Council did, on August l4, 1961, adopt Resolu-
tion No. 2530 ordering improvement known as Village Project No. 422A.
AREAS, said resolution orderir~ s~.d improvement was passed by
three affirmative votes and no negative votes, two members of the
council being absent.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RES~VED BY the Village Councii~of the Village
of Richfield as follows~:~~
Resolution No. 2530, as the same appears in the minutes of August
14, 1961, is hereby readopted and the action therein taken is hereby
ratified and confirmed.
Passed by the village council of the Village of Richfie id this 11th
day of September, 1961.
