RESOLUTION CALLIl~ HEARING ON OCI~DBER 9, 1961 ON PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT FOR SZORM SE4~ER CONSTRUCTION, VILIa1 GB PROD, NO. 407
WHEREAS, bq Resolution No. 2578 passed by the council on the 11th day
of September, 1960, the village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed
assessment of the cost of the assessment roil, Village Project No. 407, and
WHEREAS, the village clerk has notified the council that such proposed
assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the village council of the Village
of Richfield, Minnesota, as f ollows
1. A public hearing shall~be held on the 9th day of October, 1961,
in the council chambers of the Richfield Village Hall at ?:15 P.M, to pass
upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning
property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be
heard with reference to such improvement.
2. The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice in the official
newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state in
the notice the total assessable cost of the improvement in the amount of
$21,413.87.
