RESOLUTION DECLARING COSTS TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDBRING PRE-
PARATION OF PROPOSED ASSBSSMBNT POR VILLAGE PROJECT NO. 407
G4'HEREAS, the following construction was performed during the year 1960:
Storm Sewer Construction at 65th Sty, ® Penn Ave, to Girard.
WHEREAS, contract costs have been paid in the sum of $52,678.37, and
WHEREAS, other costs incurred are $8,089.63.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richf ie ld as follows:
1„ The costs of the construction of storm sewer on 65th St. from
Penn Ave. to Girard Ave. to be specially assessed is hereby declared to
be $21,413.87 and therefore that sum will be assessed against the proper-
ty benefited thereby.
2. That said assessment shall run for a period of 20 years.
3. The village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount
to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable
lot, piece, or parcel of land affected without regard to cash valuation,
as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment
in his office for public inspection.
4, The clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such pro®
posed assessment.
Passed by the village council of the Village of Richfield this 11th
day of September, 1961.
