RESOLUTION CALLING HEARIIt~ ON OCTr'.BER 9, 1961 ON PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT FOR SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION, VILLAGE PROJECT NOS.

WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 25?6 passed by the council on the 11th day of
September, 1961, the village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed
assessment of the cost of the assessment roll, Village Project No, 38? B
and 400, and
WHEREAS, the village clerk has notified the council that such proposed
assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection,

Richfield, Minnesota, as foilawss
1. 'A public hearing shall be held on the 9th day of October, 1961,
in the council chambers of the Richfield Pillage Hall at ?e15 o°clock P.M.
to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons
owning proper ty affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to
be heard with reference to such improvement.
2, The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice in the official
newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing9 and he shall state in
the notice the total assessable cost of the improvement in the amount of
$18,940.10.
Passed by the village council of the Village of Richfield this 11th day
of September, 1961.
