Ned THEREFORE, BB IT RESOLVED by the Ville.ge Council of the Village of
Richf ie id as follows
1. That the cost of sidewalk construction to be specially assessed is
hereby declared to be at least 2070 of this colt for residential property and
5070 for apartment buildings and comma rcial property, and therefore $18,940.10
will be assessed against property benefited thereby.
2. That said assessments shall run_.for a period of five years.
3o The village clerk shall forthwith calctxiate the proper amount to be
specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece,
or parcel of land affected without regard to c~.sh valuation, as provided by
law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for
public inspection.
4. The clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such proposed
assessment.
