RESOLUTION CALLING HBARING ON OCZDBER 9, 19b1 ON PROPOSED
AS~SESSM8N7C POR STREET LIGHTING CONSTRUCTION, VILLAGE
PROJECT N0. 387C
WHEREAS, by Resolution No, 2574 , passed by the council on the 11th day
of September, 1961, the village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed
assessment of the cost of the assessment roll, Village Project No, 3870, and
6~REAS', the village clerk has notified the council that such proposed asses
meat has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection.
NOW TfU?REFORE, BE IT RE50LVBD by the village council of the Village of
Richf field, Minnesota, as follows:
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 9th day of Oct~,ber, 1961,
in the council chambers of the Richfield Village Hall at 7:15
P.M. to pass-upon such proposed assessment and at such time and
place all persons owning property affected by such improvement
will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such
improvement,
2, The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice in the
official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and
he shall state in the notice the total assessable ce~st of the
improvement in the amount of $17,b67,S3Q
