RBSOLUTION N0. 2574
RESOLUTION DECLARING COST5 T~0 BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PRE-
PARATION OF PROPOSED ASSBSSMENP POR VILLAGE PROJECT N0. 387C
WHI3RHAS, the following construction was performed during the year 1960:
Street Lighting - Nicollet ,Ave., ~4~ Street to 66~ Street
Wf-IERP.As, contract costs have been paid in the sum of $16,619000, and
WHEREAS, other costs incurred are $1,048.53.
NOW THBREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield as followsz
1. The costs of the construction of street lighting at 64~
St. to 66? St. on Nicoilet Ave. to be specially assessed
is hereby declared to be $17,667.53 and therefore that sum
will be assessed against the property benefited thereby.
2. That said assessment shall run for a period of five years.
3. The village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount
to be specially assessed for such improvement against eve~ey
assessable lot, piece, or parcel of land affected without re-
gard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file
a copy of such proposed assessment in his off ice For public
inspection.
4. The clerk shall notify the council. upon completion of such pro-
posed assessment.
