SIRUCTYON, VILLAGE PROJECT N[)S. 387 & 387A

September, 1961, the village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed_
assessment of the cost of the assessment roll, Village Project Nos. 387
and 387A, and

assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspec-

~t'ill°' T>B:~tEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
ftYChfield, Minnesota, as follows:
to A public hearing shall be held on the 9th day of October, 19b1,
in the council chambers of the Richfield Village Hall at 7:15 o'clock F'.M,
to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons
owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity
~t:n ire heard with reference to such improvement.
2, The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearirw on-the proposed assessment to be published twice in the official
nec9,sparier at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he sh~.li state in
tha' notice the total assessable cost of the improvement in the amount of
X13,834083. .
