Concrete pavement and curb and gutter on Nicollet Avea from 63rd
S t~ to 68th S to
Curb and gutter on 65th Stg from Nicollet Avea to 1st Ave,
EnR1E~EA5, village share of costs have been paid in the sum of $15~562~34,
NOG~J T!'..EREFOREp BE IT RESOLVED by the village council of the Village of
Richfield as follows:
to That the cost of concrete pavement and curb and gutter on
Nicollet Avea from 63rd to 68th St„ and curb and gutter o:~
65th St, from Nicollet Ave4 to 1st Avea to be specially assessed
is hereby declared to be at least 20% of total cost or $139834®83p
and therefore this sum will be assessed against priva~ely owned
property benefited therebyK
2.,, That said assessments-shall run for a pexiod of ten years
3m The village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount
to be specially assessed for such improvement against every
assessable 1ot~ piece, or parcel of land affected without
regard to cash valuations as .provided by lave and. he shall
file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for
public inspect3:on.
46 The clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such
proposed assessment,
