RESOLUTTON CALLING HEARING ON SEPTEMBER 11, 1961 PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT FOR STORM SEWER CONSTRUCTION, VILI~ GE PROD. NO. 423
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2552 ,passed by the council on the 14th
day of August, 1961, the village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed
assessment of the cost of the assessment roll, Village Pro3ect No. 423, and
WT-IBREAS, the village clerk has-notified the council that such pro-
posed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public in-
spection.
N0~ THEREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the village council of the Village
of Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 11th day of September,
1961, in the council chambers of the Richfield Village Hall
at ?:15 P.M. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at
such time and place all persons awning property affected by
such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard
with reference to such improvement.

2, The village clerk is herebp directed to cause a notice of the
hearing an the proposed assessment to be published twice in the
official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and
he shall state in the notice the total assessable cost of the
improvement in the amount of $6,065:63.
Passed by the village council of the Village of Richfield this 14th day of
August, 1961.
