RESOLUTION DECLARTNG COST, TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARA-
TION OP PROPO6BD ASSESSMENT POR VILLAGE PROJECT N0. 423
WHEREAS, the following construction was performed during the year 196T:
Storm Newer Construction -Bloomington Ave. , 76th St. to 77th St.
WHBRTAS, contract costs have been paid in the sum of $5,603.60, and
WHEREAS', other costs incur red are $462 003.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED bq the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield as foilowsx
1. The posts of the construction of storm sewer at Bloomington
Ave., 76th St. to ?7th St., to be specially assessed is
hereby declared to be $b065.63 and therefore that sum will
be assessed against the property benefited thereby.
20 That said assessment shalt run for a period of twenty years,
3.. The village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper
amount to be specialty assessed for such 3.mprovement against
every ass~essabie lot, piece, or parcel of land affected with-
out regar8 to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he
shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office
for public inspection.
4. The clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such
proposed assessment.
Passed by the village council of the Village of Richfield this 14th day
of August, 1961.
