RESOLUITON CALLING HEARING ON SEPTEMBER 11, 1961 ON PRO-
POSED ASSESSMENT FOR GRP%DIl~ AND CURB AND GUTTER CONSTRUC-
TION, VILIAGE PROJBCT N0. 411
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2550 ,passed by the council on the 14th day of
August, 1961, the village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assess-
ment of the cost of the assessment roll, Village Project No. 411, and
WHEREAS, the village clerk has notified the council that such proposed
assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspec-
tion.
NOW THEREFORE, BE TT RB90LV~ by the Village Council of the Village of
Richf field, Minnesota, as foilows-s
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 11th day of Septem-
ber, 1961, in the council chambers of the Richfield Village
Hall at 7:15 o'clock P.M. to pass. upon such proposed assess-
ment and at such time and place all. persons owning property
affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to
be heard with reference to such improvement.
2. The viila.ge clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice in
the off iciai newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and
he shall state in the notice the total assessable cost of the im-
provement in the amount of $5650,00.
