RESOLUTION DBCLARING COS1S TD BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARA-
TION OF PROFOSBD ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR VILLAGE PROJECT NOa 4171.
WHffitEA6, the following construction was performed during the year 1960:
Street Grading, Morgan Ave. from 77th St. to 78th St.

WHHREAS, Contract cosh have been paid in the sum of $4991,140
~dHERBAS~ other costs incurred are $658.86.
NOW THBRBFORE, BE IT RESOLVBD by the Village Council of the Village of
Richf field as follow.-
10 That the cost of grading and curb and gutter on Morgan Ave.
from 77th S t. to .78th St, to be specially assessed is hereby
declared to be $5650.00, and therefore this sum will be
assessed against privately owned property benefited thereby.
20 That said assessments shall run for a period of one year.
30 The village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount
to be specially-assessed for such improvement against every
assessable lot,. piece, or parcel of land affected without re-
gard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file
a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public
inspection.
4. The clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such
proposed assessment.
