RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON SEPTEMBER 11, 1961, ON PRQ-
POSED ASSESSMENT POR SANITARY SEWER LATERAL, VILLAGE
PRO,jECT N0. 406
WH&RBA~, by Resolution No. 2548 ,passed by the council on the 14th
day of August, 1961, the village clerk was directed to prepare~a proposed
assessment of the cost of the assessment roil, Village Pro3ect No. 406, and
WHERBAS~, the village clerk has notified the council that such pro-
posed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public in-
sp ecti on.
NOW THEREFORB, HE IT RESOLVED by the Village council of the Village
of Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:
1, A public hearing shall be held on the 11th day of September,
1961, in the council chambers of the Richf fie id Village Hall at 7:15 P.M. to
pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons
owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunitq to
be heard with reference to such improvement.
2. The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice in the official
newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state in
the notice the total assessable cost of the improvement in the amount of
$945:8:
