RESOLUTION DECLARING COSTS TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING-PREPARA-
TION OP PROPOSED ASSPSSM6NT POR VILLAGE PROfBCT N0. 406
WHEREAS, the following construction was performed during the gear 19bOs
Sanitary Sewer Lateral on ?6th St. - 4th to 5th Aveo
W[~R'EAS, contract costa have been paid in the sum of $919.00, and
WFIERPAS, other costs incurred are; $Rfi.p~.
NOW THEItEFORB, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Village Council of the Village of
Richfield as foilowss
1. The costs of the construction of Sanitary Sewer Lateral on
?6th St., 4th Ave. to 5th Ave., to be speciairy assessed is hereby declared
to be $9$~,QQ and therefore that sum will be assessed against the property
benef itec9. - t~iereby.
2. That said assessment shall run for a period of twenty years.
3. The village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to
be speciallq assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot,
piece, or parcel of land affected without regard to cash valuation, as pro-
vided by law, and he shall file a copq of such proposed assessment in has
office for public inspection.
4. The clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such pro-
posed assessment.
