RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON SEPTEMBER il, 1961 ON PROPOSED ASSESS=
MENT FOR CURB AND GUTTER CONSTRUCTION, VILLAGE PROJECT NO. 398'
Wd~REPrS, by Resolution No. 2546 ,passed by the council on the 14th day of
August,. 1961, the village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assess7-
ment of the cost of the ass-essment roil, Village Pro3ect Nos 398, and
iJt~REAS, the vil]a.ge-clerk has notified the council that such proposed
assessment has been completed and filed in his off ice for public inspection.
NOUV THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield, Minnesota, as foilows~:
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 11th dap of September, 1961,
in the council chambers of the Richfield Village Hail at 7;15 o•clock
P.M. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place
all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given
an opportunitq to be heard with reference to such improvement.
2. The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice in the offi-
cial newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall
state in the notice the total assessable cost of the improvement in
the amount of $3722.96.
Passed by the Village Counc il of the Village of Richfield this 14th day of
August, 1961,
