RESOLUTION DBCLARING COSTS 10 $E ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARA-
TION OF PROPOSED ASS"ESSI~NT ROLL POR VILLAGE PROJECT NO. 398
WHERBAS, the following construction was performed during the year 1960s
CurSi and gutter on the south side of 77th St. from Nicoilet
Ave. to Second Ave.
Wi~REAS, contract costs have been paid in the sum of $3,145.75, and
WHBREAS', other costs= incurred are $577.21.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT~RBSOLVBA by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield as follows:
1. That the cost of construction of curb and gutter on the south
side of 77th St. from Nicoilet Ave. to Second Ave. to be
specially assessed is herebq declared to be $3722.96, and
therefore this sum will be assessed against privately owned
propertq benefited therebq.
2. That said assessments shall run for a period of one year.
3, The village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount
to be.speciall~ assessed for such improvement against every
assessable lot, piece, or parcel of land affected without re-
gard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall f i1e
a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public in-
sp ection.
4. The clerk shalIl notify the counci9: upon completion of such pro-
posed assessment.

of August. 1961.
