RBSOLUTION TRANSFERRING APPROPRIATION FROM THE
CONTINENCY APPROPRIA TION Tb THB CLERK-TRBASURER
DIVISION
~~fI~EREAS, the council ordered a reassessment of all properties assessed
for storm sewers in excess of $:0355 per square foot, and
1+dEiERFAS, such costs of such reassessment were not provided for in the
1961 budget, and
b~IEREAS, all administrative costs are hereby determined to be $1150.00.
NON THBREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the council of the diliage of Richf ieid
as follows o
i. That the amount of $1150 be transferred from the contingency
appropriation.
2. That such amount be appropriated to the Clerk-Treasurer*s_Divi-
lion in the amount of.;$700.~,00 for part time salaries; $100,00
for publication costs- and $350.00 for professional services.
3. That the manager and director of finance are hereby authorized
and directed to bring into effect the provisions of this resolu-
tiori.
