RESOLUTION AIIOPTING ASSESSMENT ON VILLAGB PROJECT N0. 385
BE IT RESOLVED by the village council of the Village of Richf ieid, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, as follows:
I, That the village clerg has, with the assistance of. the village engineer, calculated
the proper amounts to be assessed for the construction of Village Project No. 385; con®
slating of .the Annual Street Improvement and Oiling Frogram for the pear 1960, against
every assessable lot, piece,. and parcel of land Specially benefited thereby in accordance
with the provisions of 12~w, and the proposed assessment so made up was filed with the
village clerk for more th~.n 15 days prior to the assessment hearing and was open to public
inspection at all times during said period,
Ze That notice has been duly published and a public hearing heretofore duly held as re~
quired by law so that this council could meet and pass upon the proposed assessment.
30 Zliat an opportunity has been given to all interested persons to present their objec~
tions, if any, to such proposed assessment or to any item thereof at said public hearing,
4,. That the village council has heretofore duly established Village Project No. 385 and
after carefully considering all the facts, the ~ienefits to each lot, piece, or parcel of
land, and fully advising itself in the premises, has found and determined and hereby de=
Glares that each and every lot, piece, or parcel of land included in said proposed assessor
meat roll. was improved by reason of the construction of said Village Project No. 385 and
has_.heen and._is specially benefited in the amount set out in said proposed assessment roll

5. The proposed total assessment in the amount of $116,465,73 is hereby affired, adopted,
and confirmed, and the sums fixed and named in said proposed assessment are affirmed,
adopted, and confirmed as the proper special. assessment for each of said lots, pisses,
or parcels of. land respectively, and said amount so set out is hereby levied against each
of the respective lots, pieces, or parcels of land therein described,
6, Said assessment so affirmed, adopted, and confirmed shall be certified by the iiillage
clerk and filed in his office, and shall thereupon be and constitute the special assess
went for said 1960 Annual Street Improvement and Oiling Program, Village. Project No. 385.
7. The amount assessed against each lot, piece, or parcel of land shall bear interest
from the date hereof until the same has been paid at the rate of Ox per annum.
8o That such assessments shall be payable in one annual installment payable on the first
day of January to be collected with taxes eolleetible during the said year by the County
