RBSOLUTIO~T CR8ATI1~- A SWIA9MII~ POOL CONSTRUCTION FU1~ID AND
TRANSFERRING I~NISS THBR8ID
SE TT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield as
follows:
1. The sum of $156,000.00 is hereby transferred and appropriated from
the Liquor Store Fund, from available cash balances, to the Public Works
Reserve Fund, and it is hereby determined that said sum is available for
such purpose.
2. The village finance director is hereby authorized and directed to
accumulate cash balances in the Liquor Store Pund in the amount of at
least $156,000.00 before any further monies. are transferred to such Public
Works Fund from the net earnings from the municipal liquor stores.
3. There is hereby created a swimming pool construction fund and there
is hereby transferred and appropriated to such fund from the Public Works
Reserve Fund the sum of $290,000.00. Such fund shall be used solely to
defray expenses of construction of Village Projects No. 432, No. 432A .and
related projects,_and:the cost and expense incurred incidental to and in
connection with such projects,
