RESOLUTION AUZfiORIZING CDNDBMNATION OF EASEMENTS POR WATER
MAIN ®NSTRUCTION, OPERATION, MAINTENANCE AND

follows:
1; It is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient to the pubgic
health, safety, cornrenience, prosperity and general welfare to acquire the
following described easements across the following described tracts of .land
in the Village of Richfield, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to~n-it:
Tract 1.
The Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 35-28-24, EXCEPT the North
10 acres thereof and EXCEPT the following described tract, to-wit: Beginning
at a point in the East line of Section 35, 383 feet North of the Southeast
coiner of saeid Section 35; thence West parallel with the South line of said
Section 35, 158 feet; thence North parallel with the East line of said Section
