RBSOLUTION CALLING HBARING ON SEPTEMBER il, 1961, ON
PROPOSBD ASSESSMENT FOR S1DRM SEWER CONSTRUCTION,
VILLAGB PROJECT NO. 39?
V~R'EAS, by Resolution No, 2515 passed by the council on the 24th day of
July, 1961, the village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assess-
ment of the cost of the assessment roil, Village Pro3ect No. 397, and
TAIFIBRBAS, the village clerk has notified the council that such proposed
assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public in-
spection.
NQM11 THSRBFCIRB, BE YT RESOLVED bq the Village Council of the Village of
Richf field, Minnesota, as follows:
1, A public hearing shall be held on the 14 th day of August, 1961,
in the council chambers of the Richfie id Village Ha11 at 7;15 P,M, to
pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons
owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity
to be heard with reference to such improvement.
2. The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to b e published twice in the official
newspaper at least two weeks prior to the he acing, and he shall state
in the notice the total assessable cost of the improvement in the amount
of $3,608.66.
Passed by the Village Council of the Vil]a.ge of Richf field this 24th
day of July, 1961.
