RESOLUTION DECLARING COSTS 1L3 BB A5SBSSED AND ORDERING PRB~
PARATION OF PROPOSED ASS`ESSMBNT FOR VILLAGB PROJECT NO. 397
WEffiREAS, the following construction was performed during the year 1960:
Storm Sewer: 69th St. from Wentworth Ave. to Blaisdell Ave.
Ti~RBAS", contract costs have been paid in the sum of $5,407.70, and
WHBRBAS, other costs incurred are $542.30.
NOW ZiiBRBFORE, BB IT RBSOLVBD by the Village Council of the Village of
Richf ie id, as follows
1. The costs of the construction of such storm sewer to b e specialm
ly assessed are hereby declared to be $3,608.66, and therefore that sum
will .be assessed against the propertq benefited thereby.
2. The village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper aunt
to be specially. assessed for such improvement against every assessable
lot, piece, or parcel of land affected without regard to cash valuation,
asprovided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment
in his office for public inspec~cion.
3. The clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such
proposed assessment.
Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield this 24th
day of Julq, 1961.
